Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is custom printed just for you, so please allow time for both production and shipping.
We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states.
Production: every item is custom printed for your order, which takes 2-7 business days. This doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Delivery: once your order leaves the print facility, it takes about 5-8 business days to reach you.
Total: most orders arrive within 10-16 calendar days of ordering. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Holiday orders: production and carrier networks slow down in December, so order by December 12 to be safe for Christmas delivery.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
What is your return policy?
Studio Blitz Refund Policy
Every Studio Blitz item is made to order. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or ordering the wrong size. Please review product details and size charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
Studio Blitz will handle the concern with our production partner. Customers do not need to contact the production partner directly. We will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
If a return or store credit is approved, the store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

Do you ship overseas?
"We primarily serve customers in the United States, but we can accommodate international shipping requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm shipping availability to your country and provide accurate delivery timeframes and costs." Costs and length of time for delivery will depend on the location of course.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders usually can be canceled if done within a short time from ordering before it goes into production. Once in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
